Women's Striped Poplin Tie Neck Blouse
This blouse is cut from a light striped poplin that holds a little crispness while staying soft. The neck stands high and is gathered into a frilled edge, with a keyhole opening at the front that closes on a narrow self tie. A row of buttons runs along the front placket beneath the tie. The sleeves are cut very full through the upper arm, gathering into a neat ribbed cuff that sits close at the wrist. The body is easy through the waist so the stripes fall straight, and the hem is finished with a narrow turned edge.
