At Eventegy, customer satisfaction matters to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the policy below.
Return Eligibility
Returns can be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging, including all labels and accessories.
No restocking fees apply.

Free Returns with Prepaid Label
Return shipping is free for all customers in the United Kingdom. Once your return is approved, we will email you a free prepaid return label, along with instructions on how and where to send your parcel. No restocking fees apply. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Defective or Incorrect Orders
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what was ordered, contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and resolve it with a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.
Return Process
- Email us at info@eventegy.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will reply within 1 to 2 business days with your free prepaid return label and instructions.
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging, attach the label and drop the parcel off at the indicated collection point.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed automatically.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are issued within 7 days. Please remember that your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size, color, or product are available upon request. Please contact info@eventegy.com for assistance.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. These will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Your Statutory Rights in the United Kingdom
In addition to our 30-day guarantee, you have the statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in respect of faulty goods.
