Women's Satin Puff Sleeve Gathered Neck Blouse
This blouse is cut from a fluid satin faced cloth with a soft lustre that shifts as it moves. The neckline is round and gathered into neat pleats that release fullness across the chest, so the front falls in gentle folds rather than hanging flat. The sleeves are cut full and puffed through the upper arm, gathering again at the wrist into a narrow buttoned cuff. The body is loose through the waist with no darts, and the hem is finished with a narrow turned edge that keeps the drape light. The cloth is smooth on the face with a matt reverse.
